Scott Buckmaster's mother Karla Howard Buckmaster grew up on top of Chandler Hill,
and his grandparents lived in Chandler Township where he visited them.

Scott works in a variety of media, and subject matter... always being creative. The print of shoes above, was placed in an auction at the 2006 Howard Family Reunion. Cousin Jeanne Howard won the auction bid. The shoes had been Scott's father's OLD, and holey/holy work shoes which were filled with character.

Chandler Township has deeply affected my Life... and my artwork often draws from my love of Chandler Township as in my watercolor painting print of me feeding the chickens in front of the granary on our Howard Family Farm on top of Chandler Hill.

The trees below were in the back field acres of Keith Oldham's grandparents Howard and Marion Mackie Wood's property on Magee Road. 1. Interesting that the unmistakable fan-shaped ELM TREE is in the center... although in the later 1900s "Dutch Elm Disease" came through the area, and destroyed most of the elm trees. Keith also drew in a golf green and flagged hole, as he has loved playing golf many years of his life. 2. Everyone in the Family of Marion Mackie Wood knew that the lone large MAPLE that stood solitarily in the back field was called "Grandma's Tree.
Keith's actual drawing of the Springvale General Store was not blurry.
The blurriness of the photo above is due to my photo outcome taken through glass.
